At this time, Poms and Perfume ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
π Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage in compliance with postal regulations. Fragrance and alcohol-based products are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and must be shipped by ground to ensure safe and legal delivery.Β
Local pickup is not offered.
All orders are shipped via USPS. No exceptions.
Tracking updates:
USPS does not always scan packages immediately upon drop-off. It is common for tracking to update once the package reaches a regional distribution center. This does not indicate a delay in shipment.

- Orders under $30: Flat rate shipping of $7.99
- Orders between $30 and $49.99: Flat rate shipping of $6.99Β
- Orders $50 and over: Complimentary shipping
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. Thresholds for shipping rates are based upon total amount in cart after discounts are applied.
π Order Processing, Modifications & Combining Orders
Orders are processed promptly once placed and cannot be modified, canceled, or combined after checkout.
Please review your cart carefully before submitting your order. If you wish to purchase additional items after placing an order, a separate order must be placed, and standard shipping rates will apply.
Shipping fees are applied per order and are non-refundable.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3β5 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or high volume periods.
π¬ Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments include USPS insurance up to $100. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

For lost items, check with neighbors and your local post office first.

For damaged items, reach out to us on this website using the SUPPORT form and we will respond to you with an email address to send us photos of the damage so we can file a USPS claim and assist with a resolution.
Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, it is considered the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for stolen or misdelivered packages but will do our best to help you navigate the situation.
