📦 Return & Exchange Policy


At Poms & Perfume, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including sample sprays, full bottles, or sampler sets.

We encourage you to read scent descriptions carefully before purchasing and reach out if you have any questions — we’re always happy to help guide your selection!

Orders cannot be modified after placement. Shipping fees are non-refundable and apply per order. 

Complimentary items, including free samples or gifts, are provided as a courtesy and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation in the event of leakage, damage, or dissatisfaction.


🔒 Leakage & Packaging Policy
All sample sprays are carefully sealed using the following protocol:

  • Threads are wrapped with Teflon tape

  • Caps are reinforced with electrical tape and or parafilm

  • Each 2ml vial is placed inside a Mylar bag or box.

  • Mylar bags are heat sealed for extra protection

This system is designed to protect against leakage and pressure changes during transit. Larger vials are wrapped in parafilm where the cap meets the bottle, and then wrapped in bubble wrap.

💡 Why?
Perfume contains alcohol and is sensitive to temperature and pressure changes during shipping (especially in hot weather). Sample vials can occasionally experience very minor evaporation or leakage. To maintain consistency and quality, we package every order with multiple layers of protection.


If your order arrives with leakage, please:

  1. Take a photo or video of the sealed Mylar bag before opening it.

  2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery using the site’s contact form, and we’ll provide instructions for submitting your photos.

Once the Mylar bag has been opened, we are unable to verify claims of leakage.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
